[!] TERMS OF SERVICE [!]
(PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!)

• I only accept USD and payment through Wise (Preferably) and PayPal.

• Commercial use is 2x regular price (Youtube, Twitch, Patreon, book cover, in-game illustration & character sprite, promotional art, etc) and 3x personal use price (for merchandise).

• I have the right to decline your order if I don't feel comfortable working on what you requested or if you have track records of ghosting behaviour, so please do inform me if you want to cancel your slots as soon as possible.

• You are allowed to cancel a week/a few months (if you book slots for months) before I start, but PLEASE do remember that if you make more than 5 times of cancellations, I will no longer prioritise your request and might as well reject your request in the future.

• Full Payment/Half of the total price must be sent within 2 days before I start.

• I only accept split payments via Wise. An extra fee (3,5% of the total price) will be added to EACH split payment if you ask via PayPal.

• The payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless I couldn't finish the commission.

• Please DO NOT ask me to design your character unless it's the Character Design commission type. Minor changes like eye colour, simple clothes & patterns, and small accessories are okay. I will charge extra for significant changes.

• You can ask for changes during the sketch process 2 times.

• Once you've made the full payment, your commission will take around 4 days to 3 weeks to complete. If I need more time, I will let you know.

• Significant changes will not be accepted once the commission is finished, but small details (such as adding small accessories, nail colour, fixing eye colour, etc) are acceptable.

• You will also receive a lower-quality file with a watermark, so DO NOT post the original size of the commission to your social media/websites to prevent scammers from using my art.

• Using my works that you commission for AI generators is PROHIBITED.

- Asking for changes more than 2 times during the sketch process. (Starting at 15$)
- Asking me to change significant details to your characters such as hairstyle+hair colour, clothes, complicated patterns, or anything too different from their original reference sheet. (Starting at 35$)
- Asking me to finish your commission faster / giving me tight schedule. (Starting at 35$ - 150$)
- Asking me to make a change that requires me to paint over once the commission is finished. (Starting at 35$)

FAQ:CAN I BE PUT ON THE WAITLIST?Yes, absolutely!
Feel free to send me a message through DeviantArt's Note, or Twitter's DM or, email me ([email protected]) to book the slot. You can book as many slots as you want and you can decide on which type of commission you want later by the time I contact you again to confirm your slot which is usually a week before I start work on your slot.
Make sure there's still an empty slot in whichever month you want. I will only ask payments a few days before I start your slot.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE SKETCH?I mostly repaint the lines and remove some of them at the same time as colouring, so the character sketch you receive will be quite clean but do not expect the background sketch will be clean.

HALF BODY

ILLUSTRATION (LANDSCAPE)

Starts from 250$ - 380$

FULLBODY ILLUSTRATION

Starts from 300$ - 450$/1 character (for Portrait Canvas)
Starts from 380$ - 580$/1 character (for Landscape Canvas)
+80% of the total price for adding 1 more character.
(Fix price depends on your character design & complexity of the background. Feel free to show your character first and the background you'd like to have for them with me and ask for the estimated price)

SPLASH (Type A)

I will draw your character in gacha splash art style.
◆ Short-haired character: starts from 270$ - 400$
◆ Long-haired character: Starts from 280$ - 450$
(Fix price depends on the complexity of your character design. Feel free to show me your character and ask me first about the estimated price if you'd like to order this type)
◆ Extra: Wings (+35$ - 125$), Smal animal/creature (+15$ - 25$), Big animal/creature (+50$ - 125$)
◆ Please note that I might reject your form if your character doesn't fit this. For this Splash type, I will only work with characters that have wings, flowy fabrics, magical powers, and weapons that I can play with the composition.
◆ By choosing this type, you agree to give me full artistic freedom for the composition.

◆ You will get 1 PNG file transparent, 2 PNG & JPG files with a white & black background, and 2 JPG files (black & white background) with a lower resolution & watermark. 300dpi. At least 6200 x 6300 px or bigger.
